The Clients of this site wanted to demolish the existing bungalow to create a bespoke new build family home taking advantage of this amazing position in Tonbridge.

The design incorporates a 5/6 bedroom property over 3 stories with lots of additional space for guests plus a gym, big openplan living space & kitchen, a bespoke glazed garden room, a roof terrace at first floor taking in the views to the rear & even a roof top glazed cental light well running through the center of the house.

Planning permission was granted with no issues August 2021 & the project is currently onsite and coming along nicely.

The Clients of this property required an extension to replace an existing conservatory and to open up the existing structure to create one large open plan kitchen/Family room. With views stretching over the countryside this extension sits well in its setting and finishes off this fantastic family home.

This project involved a 1/2 storey rear extension which created an open-plan living space on to the garden with a glazed roof and additional bedroom at FF.
Elevations were clad in Western Red Cedar cladding to drastically transform this family home.
